Day One Seventy Nine: What's For Breakfast Tacos

Yesterday we did not have to get up early.  We did not have to get dressed and rush out the door.  We didn't have to do anything.  So I woke up and made Martha's Salsa Egg Tacos.  I haven't made egg tacos in ages and I'd forgotten how easy and good they are.  You probably have all the ingredients already.  I can't forget to add that they are crazy quick to make.  You'll have breakfast on the table before your coffee is finished brewing.
